Because Harris seized my car keys, I couldn't leave the house.

Also, he has refused to explain to me what he meant by I won't reach Fredrick on the phone where he is.

And his phone isn't connecting.

Is he in trouble?

Has Harris succeeded in annihilating his own dad?

I can’t wrap my head around this,

And it frightens me so much.

If this turns out to be true, then I won’t be able to take my revenge using this method.

“Blair, are you still coming?”

Kylie asked on the phone.

I have informed her that I would be coming to the house,

“Uhm, yes.”

I can’t tell Kylie what is happening,

And I will do whatever I can to leave this house.

Harris shouldn’t scare me,

I have to show him that I am not afraid of him.

“On my way, Kylie.”

I put the phone in my bag,

I stood up from the bed and swung the bag on my shoulder.

Harris must give me my car keys.

I stepped out of the room and luckily, he was about to leave the house too,

And I guess he would be leaving with my car.

“Harris?”

I called, keeping my face straight.

I lengthened out my palms to him,

“Hand over those keys.”

He glanced at Jessy who was standing beside him and shook his head.

“You have grown wings, Blair.”

Is he just noticing?

“Hand over those keys or you are going to regret this,”

I threatened,

But that didn't appear to move him.

“Babe, let’s go already, Blair is just hallucinating.”

Like seriously?

Then we shall see who is hallucinating among us.

“For the last time, hand over those keys!”

I commanded.

Harris raised a brow, surprised by the way I was talking to him.

“What is wrong with her, honey? Does she think we are scared of her?”

Jessy scoffed.

Blair, you have to do this.

I inhaled deeply, stepped forward and

Slapped Harris across the face.

“Hand over the keys, now!”

I thundered, mimicking Fredrick’s voice.

And it did work because Harris handed over the keys immediately.

He held his face, eyes widened in shock.

Even Jessy was shocked that she couldn’t utter a word.

Before he would come back to his senses and beat the hell out of me, I was out of the house.

I can’t believe I did that,

Well,

I love it so much.

Never in my life have I ever slapped a man,

But the idiot deserved it.

And here we are,

And it gladdens my heart.

A few minutes later,

I arrived at our mansion.

Kylie was waiting for me in front of the apartment as if she wanted to give me something important.

And when I stepped out of my Jeep, she frowned at me.

“What’s with the face?”

She looks so funny when she is angry.

“I had to cancel the outing with my friends because of you.”

I didn’t know she had an important thing to do.

“But you shouldn’t have waited for me.”

She gasped.

“Like seriously? Blair?”

“I am sorry, okay. Where is Dad?”

She turned around.

“I don’t know.”

My baby sis is upset.

“I’m sorry, Kylie,”

It isn't easy to convince Kylie whenever she is upset,

And since I couldn’t convince her, I had to excuse myself.

After all, I have another place to go.

“Blair, don’t you think it is too early to do that? Why don’t you wait until you’ve given birth to at least one?”

This guy doesn’t know what he is talking about.

Who told him I want to give Fredrick a child?

“Just give me the pills, Doc.”

He chuckled.

“Okay, I will. But does your husband know?”

He shrugged his shoulders and passed me a pack of medication.

“Take one whenever you and Fredrick have sex.”

What if we have more than one in a day?

Let’s say 10 times in a week,

Does that mean I will have to take 10 pills?

And Fredrick can't keep his eyes off me whenever we are together.

“Doc, is there another method I can use instead of the pills? Because I think the pills will harm me. Fredrick loves sex.”

He chuckled softly and bobbed his head.

“There are other methods, but this isn't as harmful as you think.”

“Can you elaborate?”

He went on explaining to me, and when I was convinced that it wouldn't harm me, I decided to go with it.

Just one pill a week is okay just as the doctor said.

My Dad mustn't know about this,

“Doc, please, do not inform my parents about this.”

Sighs.

With that settled,

I returned to my parents’ house because I am so scared to return to my husband’s house.

Harris and Jessy are maniacs,

And I know they will be awaiting my arrival now.

This is getting out of hand.

“How is your husband?”

Fredrick crossed my mind as soon as Dad mentioned him.

He said he would give me a call as soon as he arrived at his destination.

However, his phone hasn't been connecting, and it scares me so much.

“He is fine.”

Mum’s footsteps made me turn around.

“Blair, come, let's talk.”

She sounds so calm,

That's unlike her.

Whatever it is she has to say,

I excused myself from Dad and followed her upstairs.

“What did we discuss a few days ago?”

I reached for the pills and showed them to her.

“Here, the Doc gave me this.”

She took the pills and a smile flashed on her face.

Whoa!

I can't remember the last time I saw Mum smiling, especially because of me.

“You did me proud, girl.”

She chuckled softly.

Sighs.

I hope this doesn't turn sour at last.

“If you can see my heart, you will know how much I hate your marriage to Fredrick.”

Oops.

“Here,”

She returned it.

“Make sure you don't disappoint me. And remember, you have only a few months to end that marriage.”

Let’s hope I succeed in breaking those two idiots apart by then.
