Chapter 110 (NOT A WORRY)

It was like Hanna described for her. Jeff’s bed was there too and beside it was his own wardrobe just like hers. Hanna has helped put Jeff’s things in his wardrobe already before she left with him.

At the company, Ron parked the car outside and just as he was about to go in, Belle jumped out from nowhere. He was startled that he had to pressed his chest.

It has been days since she last came to the company, they thought she would never returned again.

“Finally!” She folded her arms standing in front of Ron. “Miss Belle. What are you doing here?” he asked her still holding his hand to his chest. “stop pretending, you know why I am here,” she scoffed.

“Sorry but I don’t know,” Ron said. “You know, tell me where your Boss is. I have to ask him something,” she said. “My Boss is in a meeting and won’t come out now.”

“Really? Then I will wait for him to come out,” Ron sighed. “You can’t wait for him, he won’t come out now.” He said but Belle didn’t believe him.

“Alright then, I’ll go talk to the Boss.” He turned around and left leaving Belle watching him as he entered the company. “I’ll stay out here.” She folded her arms and leaned on the car.

“Why are they avoiding me? I just want my friend. I want to see her and see how she’s doing,” she scoffed.

Ron went to the office, Harry was checking some files when he entered. He lifted up his head and pushed the files away.

“Have you take her there?” he asked. “Yes Boss. She said you should call her when you are free.” He delivered the message and Harry smiled.

“What is it again? You look terrified,” Harry asked. “We have a problem. Miss Belle is outside.” When Ron said they had a problem, Harry thought it was the company.

“What problem? I don’t think there’s any problem,” Harry said. “But we’ve been avoiding her for days now.”

“And that was because Emily was living as a servant in the house. Now that she isn’t in the house again and we are in love, we don’t have to worry about anything again.” Ron nodded his head.

“So where is she now?” he asked pulling the files back. “She’s outside.” He said. “Then get her in.” Ron left the office and few minutes later, he returned with Belle.

“Wow!” she exclaimed after seeing the interior of the office. “Hi Belle.” Harry lifted up his head with a smile.

“Where is my friend?” she asked with her hands on her waist. “Your friend is fine.” He smiled at her. “I’m not asking you how she is. I’m asking where she is.”

“Have you tried calling her?” Harry asked her. “Yes, I wouldn’t be here if her phone has been connecting.” She rolled her eyes. “When last did you try calling again?” he asked her.

“What’s the use of calling someone whose phone has been turned off for days. It would still say the same thing so, I’ve stopped calling.”

“What did you do to Emily? Don’t tell me you lied to her about the marriage. Did you…” She covered her mouth. “Of course not. How can I do something as terrible as that.” Harry shook his head.

“Then tell me where she is.” She commanded. Harry turned to Ron. “Give her the address,” he said. Ron wrote the address on a paper and handed it to Belle. “Call her number when you get to the address.”

She looked at the paper and then at Harry.

“If this address turned out to be fake, I won’t take it easy on the both of you. You’ve made me spent a lot and have sleepless nights.” She said angrily.

“How much did you spend? Ron will give it to you. And I’m sorry for giving you sleepless night.” He apologized. “I’m not interested in your money. Get ready for what I will do to you if I don’t see Emily.” She hissed at them and left the office.

“Wish I have a friend like her.” Harry smiled. He looked at Ron but he was looking at the door Belle has walked out of. “Hey!” He called his attention and he quickly turned to Harry.

“What is it?” Harry asked. “Nothing.”

The next day after everyone has left her house, Emily carried Jeff and strolled down the houses. She wanted to know who was living in her Dad’s house.

She knocked on the gate but no one answered her. And as she was about to walk away, she heard the sound of the door opening. She turned around and her eyes fell on Tina.

“Oh my God, Emily!” she screamed. “Mum! Emily is here and she’s carrying a child.” Emily was shocked, she didn’t expect to see Tina or her step mum anywhere near again.

“Emily?” Step mum opened the door wide. “What are you doing here? Who gave you the address of where we lives?” she asked her Surprisingly.

“No one. I was just… I,” she stammered. She still have the woman’s fears in her. “Whose child is this?” she asked her again. “Mine,” Emily answered.

“Your child? How?” Step Mum and Tina looked at each other. “Come in.” They moved aside, giving her way to pass. Emily was shocked by their actions but she entered the house and Tina closed the gate.

“Follow me.” Step Mum took Jeff from her and Tina opened the door. She entered the sitting room and was given a seat to sit.

Emily sat down on the couch, she was still waiting for what would come next when Tina opened the fridge in the sitting room and gave her a can of juice.
