“You are right, Grandma,” she nodded her head. “So stop thinking about that. Anyways, I’ve not seen Jeff and Evelyn,” she said. “Oh, Jeff’s taking a nap and ma’am Evelyn is in her room I guess.”

“Did she trouble you while I was away?” Grandma asked. “No Ma’am,” Emily smiled. “Are you sure? Tell me the truth now so that I’ll scold her and warn her once again.”

“Yes Grandma, she did nothing to me,” Emily smiled. “Alright then, you can go back to the room and meet Jeff. I’ll go take a nap too.” Emily helped her stood up from the sofa. She walked side by side with her, holding her hand as they went up the stairs talking.

Emily helped her to her room. That was the first time she would be entering Grandma’s rom. It was a very big one like that of Jeff’s.

Emily left the room after Grandma has fell asleep. As she was walking past Harry’s room, the door opened and he dragged her inside the room.

“What’s that for!” She pushed his hand away from hers. Harry closed the door. “What do you think you are doing?” he asked her standing with his hands on his waist.

“Why do you think I’m doing? I want to have full possession of my son.” She scoffed. “I knew it!” He stamped his feet on the floor.

“I knew you are trying to run away with my son.” Emily laughed softly. “Of course. How do you expect me to let my son grow up in a house filled with Deadly secrets.” She Sneered.

“What secret?” He was confused. “That’s not my place to tell you. You’ll find out by yourself someday.” She grinned.

“I’m not interested. Now listen to me carefully. Emily, allow me to live in peace please,” Harry pleaded. “Your peace isn’t in my custody. What do you want with me, just tell me now. I have to attend to my son.”

“Okay fine. I want you to leave the house and Jeff. I’ll give you whatever you want,” he said. Emily scoffed “Is that all you want to say?” she asked him and he nodded his head.

“Then I’m out of here.” She turned to leave and he quickly blocked her way. “Let me go!” She twisted his hand but he was stronger than her. “You’ll be the one to get hurt, stop struggling. Listen to me Emily, do not try anything stupid or else…” She cut him off.

“Or else what?” Harry grinned Mischievously, he moved closer to her, bend a little in such a way that their face met. “Or I’ll…” He ran his hand on her cheek still smiling.

Emily froze, as much as she wanted to respond to that, she took a hold of herself.

“What’s going on here!” Evelyn who has just opened the door yelled frustratingly. Harry stood upright and quickly stepped back from Emily.

“I demand to know what’s going on here!” she shouted at Emily who’s heart was pounding for what Harry has just done to her. She looked at Harry and then Evelyn who was ranting.

“I’m talking to you!” she said to Emily. “Mum, it’s nothing,” Harry said but wouldn’t buy that. “I saw that, do not lie to me.” She chuckled.

Emily thought of what to do, Evelyn has warned her to stay away from Harry and that was her chance to play along. She smiled and moved closer to Harry.

“We’ll finish what we started some other time.” She ran her hand on his chest and left the room. Harry watched her left the room with smiles on his face.

“Harry! What’s happening? What was she doing in your room?” Evelyn asked holding his hand. “Mum, stop exaggerating it. It’s nothing,” he said. “No, don’t tell me it’s nothing. I saw it and just look at the way she acted before leaving the room.”

“Mum, why are you acting this way? Just forget about Emily. You know how she behaves sometimes,” he sighed. “Mum, don’t worry about me. I’ll deal with her.”

“Okay.” Evelyn left the room.

“Whoa!” Harry found himself smiling foolishly over what Emily did go him. She has no fear, she didn’t even care his mum was there and she did that. Harry went to the mirror, he ran his hand on his chest and tapped it. “This isn’t happening.” He lowered his head smiling.

“He think I did that because I want to? No way. I did that on purpose. Next time, his Mum and him won’t try anything with me again. I think I’ve found another way to deal with Harry. I’ll make him fall in love with me then abandoned him at the end. He should know how it feels when you are being separated from your love one.”

She sat on the sofa and crossed her legs thinking of the things she would be doing to make Harry fall in love with her. It won’t be easy since Evelyn was there but he would not listen to her and that would cause a misunderstanding between them.

“Wonderful!” Emily laughed. “This feels so good. Evelyn and Harry won’t find peace again in their lives,” she laughed and laughed until she got so tired.

“Harry, sorry this is the only way to teach you a lesson,” she laughed again and stood up from the bed to go attend to Jeff who was already crying on the bed.
