Chapter 28

“How dare you, Li? Don’t you know who you are speaking with?” Sebastian slapped the desk.

“Of course I know. Mr. Sebastian Penelope. And please, do not hit our Tables like that. We value everything thing in this company. Maybe you don’t value yours that’s why your heart is so dark.”

Sebastian stood up from the chair, breathing heavily. He was so angry but before he could get to where Assistant Li was standing, Sterling arrived.

“What are you trying to do, Mr. Penelope?” Assistant Mike who came with Sterling asked him.

“Mr. Penelope want to pounce on me.” Assistant Li announced.

Sterling chuckled and Assistant Mike laughed.

“Pounce on you? Why? What did you do to him?” Mike asked Li who was smiling mischievously.

“Mr. Penelope is angry that I told him to stop hitting the table because we value everything in our company.”

Sebastian bit his lower teeth angrily. Everyone in that company were maniacs, even their Boss.

Since he stepped inside the company that morning, the employees were getting on his nerves one after the other.

And now the assistants? How could they even think of doing that to him. Didn’t he look responsible enough to be respected?

“Mr. Penelope, that’s enough. I can’t tolerate you insulting my Assistant. What brought you in to my company?” Sterling finally spoke.

“I know you didn’t come here to congratulate me like others did…” Sterling sat down on a chair.

“So, tell me why you are here.” He dropped one leg on the other one.

“You are right, Sterling. I am here to know why you are after that actress.” He sat down on another chair facing Sterling.

“I see qualities in her and…” Sterling shifted forward. “You motivated me to do it. And now, thanks to you we now have another department in the company just for Vivienne Montague.” Sterling smiled.

He signaled to his assistants to leave and they left after bowing their heads.

“Why do you care so much about that actress? She’ll never bring good luck to you. She’s only going to bring disaster in to this company.” Sebastian slouched back on the chair.

“Really? Then let’s see the kind of disaster she’s going to bring in to my company. I can’t wait to see it.” Sterling stood up from the chair.

“You can leave now, Sebastian. And I urge you to go get a life. Bullying women isn’t a good thing. Leave Vivienne alone and you are going to have peace. If you continue doing this to women, your life will never be smooth.”

Sterling left the hall after giving him that piece of advice.

But was he going to take that? No, he was already used to seeing women as slaves.

And even though Vivienne was no longer his wife, he would do anything to see that she doesn’t get what she wants.

Sebastian stood up and left the hall too. And on his way going out of the company, he saw many people who were just coming for the interview.

That pained him a lot and he wished there was a way he could send them all out.

Or even tell them they were wasting their times because his girlfriend Sabrina was the one everyone loves.

He believed that no one was going to watch any of Vivienne’s movies when Sabrina is still alive.

“You will surely regret this, Sterling.” He opened the car door and drove out of the company.

Sebastian didn’t even know where he should go. Was it home or the company?

There was nothing he would do in his company if he go there. And home? His Mum was there and that woman wasn’t helping the matter at all.

So, he picked his phone and dialed Sabrina’s number.

“Meet me at the hotel right now,” he ordered. “To do what?” she asked him over the phone.

“To do what we are used to doing. Come cool my mind you bitch.” he snapped at her.

“Fine, I’ll be there in an hour.” She made a sound over the phone.

“What are you doing right now?” Sebastian asked her because he knew what that sound was.

“I’m with one of the guys in his home, making out. Don’t worry, I promise to be there in an hour.”

Out of frustration, Sebastian ended the call.

He didn’t even know why he was so jealous that Sabrina was with another man making out.

After all, she was everyone’s pet. He wouldn’t be surprised if another person call her when she’s with him.

That was her life and the way she got rich. Sabrina’s videos aren’t bringing her any profit at all and she only gets her money from sleeping around with men.

( Are you going to allow her come back?)

“Uhh that’s good.” Sebastian closed his eyes tightly as he released.

“But don’t you get tired?” That was the first question he asked her as soon as she came down from his thigh.

Sabrina scoffed. Why would she get tired when she was already used to doing that almost everyday of her life.

“No, I’m used to it. I started this since I was fourteen.” She giggled.

Sebastian’s jaw dropped. Fourteen? When he was fourteen, he was still in high school and didn’t know anything about having intimate with a girl.

“Wow! You are indeed a pro,” he teased her.

“So why were you so angry when I came? I thought I did something wrong to you. And the way you handled me in bed, it was so rough.”

Sebastian chuckled. He was indeed angry because of his encounter in Sterling’s company.

“Sorry for that, Sabrina. But Sterling and his assistants made home so angry.” Sabrina lay down on the bed looking at him.

“Why? You went to their company I guess?” he nodded his head.

“Of course I did went there. I went there to warn him to stay away from Vivienne. Can you imagine Sterling went as far as bringing new department in to his company just for Vivienne’s sake? And he called that hER MAJESTY.”

“What does he mean by that? Isn’t he referring to Vivienne as her Majesty?”

“Don’t tell me it’s an entertainment department.” She folded her arms.

“Of course it is. Haven’t you heard about it? It is all over the city already. And you should have seen the number of people that gathered around his company for interview in to the department,” he hissed.

“What da!” Sabrina exclaimed. She was in that city but she didn’t hear any of that.

“Is Sterling out of his mind? How could he even think of doing something like this. What am I going to do now?”

“Look Sabrina, do not worry about it. I went there to tell him to stay out of Vivienne’s life and I’m sure he’ll listen to me.”

“Are you even sure he’s going to listen to you?” she scoffed.

“He will. Vivienne is my wife and I have right over her,” Sabrina interrupted him.

“She isn’t your wife any more. She was your wife. Don’t forget she’s no longer your wife again. And I don’t see why you should worry about her. If he’s in love with her, forget about them. I just don’t want her to come back to the industry,”

Sebastian sighed. Sabrina was right. Vivienne wasn’t his wife anymore. But if he allowed Sterling to get her to his side, they’ll both fall in love and Vivienne will become superior to him.

And he doesn’t want that. He want to see her become a beggar. Not someone rich again.

He just hate her that was why he married her and turned her life in to a miserable one.

He never for once loved her. He envied her and how she was growing day by day in the industry. That was why he went in to her life and made her fell in love with him.

“Don’t worry Sabrina, I’ll take care of it. And you too should use your connections to Terminate Vivienne’s life. Do not allow her come back to the industry,” Sabrina nodded her head.

That was what she would do even if Sebastian didn’t tell her to do it.

She wouldn’t just allow Vivienne to come back and ruin everything for her.

What if the men she has been selling her body to decide to leave her for Vivienne? What was she going to do?

As soon as Sebastian left the hotel, he went back home.

His phone as usual was sitting in front of the television. But this time, she wasn’t watching her favorite show, she was watching the news.

“Sebastian, come take a look.” She pointed at the television with the remote control.

“Isn’t that Vivienne? What is she doing on the news?” she asked Sebastian who hasn’t look at the television.

“I heard in the news just before you come in that she’ll be returning back to acting. Is that true?”

“Are you going to allow that? Isn’t she your wife? Or have you two signed the divorce papers?”

That was when Sebastian remembered Vivienne was still his wife.

He remembered when she brought the papers to his office for him to sign but ye tore it in to pieces.

She was still his wife, he didn’t sign the papers. And he was such a fool to not remember that when Sabrina said Vivienne was no longer his wife.

But it was a good thing that he didn’t remember that in front of Sabrina. She would have left angrily.

“And someone is bringing back your wife in to the industry? Does this mean Vivienne has been having an affair with that guy when she was still living here?”

Sebastian didn’t even know what to say. His eyes was fixed on the television, looking at the news about Sterling’s company.

The number of people he saw in that company has increased more than the ones he saw there that day.

You would think that company was a new supermarket which was opened that day and people were flooding it to check out their products.

Sterling was indeed ready to compete with the other entertainment companies.

But what his Mum was saying. Was it the truth or she made it up?

Vivienne never left the house unless it was an important thing. Could it be that she was communicating with Sterling when she was still living in his house? He didn’t want to believe any of that was true.

“Sebastian, you have to do something about this. Do not allow Vivienne return back to that industry. I hate seeing that girl rich. Please make her poor, Poorer than the word poor itself.” his Mum said.

And that was what Sebastian was planning to do. Vivienne must never return back.

He didn’t care to look for her wherever she went to. But now, he was going to find her.

He would bring her back to his house, lock her in the room and won’t release her.

Or worse, he’s going to have her kill so that no one would disturb his life again.

Vivienne mustn’t return back, no. Not when he’s still breathing.

“Don’t worry yourself, Mum. Vivienne won’t go back to that industry.” he assured her before walking away.

“Wonderful! I know you will do that for me, Sebastian.” the woman giggled happily.

She felt like bringing out Vivienne from the television and slap her again and again.

She still remembered the insultive words Vivienne said to her before leaving the house that day.

She was never going to forget them. And for that, she hated Vivienne more than before and wish her bad luck in everything she want to do.

Even her son have no right to talk to her that way but Vivienne did that.

( Meeting Vivienne)

It has been two days already and everything in the industry has started. Staffs already have started their works and the head of the department, Marcus has started his job too.
